Not everything stays on the map. Some builds get retired, some are still only on paper, and some I just moved out of the spotlight. They all end up here, filed away in the drawers. Pull them open and have a rummage.
AI Command Center
FILED JUL 2026 · RETIRED FROM MAP ›A Discord + dashboard control plane that orchestrated six AI providers. It read agent-memory, ran ticks overnight, and was remote-promptable from my phone through a Cloudflare Tunnel. I owned the control-plane design, the provider abstraction, the routing and the security model; the agents wrote a lot of the code inside it. It once survived a real data-loss incident: an agent compressed 80KB of server code into 10KB of hallucinated junk, and it recovered cleanly from offsite Veeam backups plus OneDrive version history. Defence in depth is not optional.
Argus · the whole family
FILED JUL 2026 · SHELVED ›A self-OSINT footprint scanner named after the hundred-eyed giant, grown into a little family. The consent-gated CLI runs async username enumeration across 28 sites, then uses Gemini 2.0 Flash with Search grounding for live, cited web intelligence, and writes it all to a standalone HTML/JSON report. Supargus is the hosted web version you can just open in a browser, and Argus MCP exposes the same scan as a tool any agent can call. Built to be run on yourself, before someone else does. AI-led on the code; the consent-first design and the security framing are mine.
VibeOS
FILED JUL 2026 · ON PAPER ›An AI-native Linux desktop (Fedora Kinoite Atomic) exploring "shared-computer agency": the assistant gets its own bounded session, tools, perception and a recoverable desktop, with OS-level permissions, audit and rollback. Early research, and honestly AI-led for now: I set the direction (shared-computer agency, OS-level audit and rollback) while the agents do most of the design legwork, since it is still on paper. Chose Fedora Kinoite for atomic rollback and immutability; the action broker (app APIs + a11y tree + DOM before raw cursor) is the piece being designed.
Clawde, Head Archivist
STATUS: WATCHING YOU READ THIS ›You were told not to open it. Clawde keeps the drawers, files the retired builds, and eats the occasional bit of popcorn between shifts. He would like you to know that nothing here is truly deleted, just resting. Now put it back the way you found it.
